What if I already have land?

Accepted Answer

Buying the land is exciting—but it's only the beginning. Before you invest in architectural plans, we'll help you think through the practical side of your homesite: driveway access, grading, utilities, well and septic considerations, setbacks, site conditions and how your home will actually fit on the property. You don't have to have everything figured out before you call us.

For us, it's more than choosing different cabinets or changing a few walls. It's creating a home that makes sense for the people who live there.Maybe you need a quiet office tucked away from the bedrooms.Maybe the kitchen needs to work for a family that gathers every night.Maybe you want a mudroom that can actually handle Wisconsin winters.Maybe you've always dreamed of a screened porch overlooking your property.Or maybe you have a very specific idea that doesn't exist in any model home. That's the fun of building custom.
